With extensive knowledge and experience in the career transition and executive coaching fields, Barbara joined our organization in May, 2006 with a focus to develop customer relationships and selling activities in and around Metro New York.
Originally from the Chicagoland area, where she attended Northern Illinois University, Barbara has over 25 years of diverse industry experience in sales, marketing and operations. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior District Manager with Bell & Howell/Mamiya with responsibility for local and national accounts.
Barbara partners with organizations in providing best practices in restructuring, downsizing, merger/acquisitions and culture change initiatives, as changes in the workplace create demands on both management and employees. She is particularly passionate about helping transitioning individuals move forward and realize their next professional ambition.
Immediate Past President of the North Jersey Rockland Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management, Barbara has been active in civic and professional organizations which also include HR/NY, March of Dimes and Wyckoff Education Foundation.
