These core components are available within each of the three levels of career transition service:

  • Asset Analysis/Career Assessment
    We provide a very effective, in-depth diagnostic career assessment process utilizing a full-time psychologist. We spend more than twice as many hours on this process as our competitors. And the psychologist is available throughout the process.

  • One-On-One
    Each candidate works one-on-one with principals and other senior consultants who have extensive experience in advising executives. This includes comprehensive financial planning/counseling and spouse counseling, when appropriate. We have more experience and better qualified staff to counsel senior executives.

  • Marketing System
    We pride ourselves on designing an effective personal marketing system and developing practical marketing strategies that really work. In fact, we are among the most pro-active firms in campaign management including in-depth research assistance, strategic introductions, and the systematic identification of target organizations.

  • Communications Enhancement
    We take seriously each candidate's needs for powerful effective marketing materials (including resumes) together with the sharpening of self-presentation skills through video-based coaching.

  • Follow-up Support
    We emphasize sustained follow up. Our facilities are first class. We provide comprehensive support systems, both marketing and administrative -- including a Business Information Center with real-time assistance.
