Constance possesses an extensive Human Resources background. Formerly with Catalyst, the non-profit research and advisory organization dedicated to advancing women in business, Constance was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Catalyst’s corporate members. She provided strategic consultation to Catalyst member companies and firms through a variety of engagements promoting the advancement of women globally and diversity.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Constance was Senior Consultant with AA Smith & Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in Diversity. As a Senior Consultant with AA Smith & Associates, Constance supported senior management in understanding and managing the dynamics of business as it relates to diversity. She is experienced in implementing and facilitating diversity management programs.
Constance has a record of accomplishments in all Human Resources functions including diversity and organizational development. Constance has been instrumental in the start-up of a new business, the enhancement of Human Resources systems, the implementation of strategic processes, and significant organizational change interventions. She interacts successfully at all levels of an organization and partners with management to create environments that support business objectives and initiatives.
Constance spent nineteen years at Avon Products, Inc. As Manager, Global Human Resource, she provided generalist and staffing activities in support of a diverse group of corporate staff departments ranging from Global Marketing to New Business Ventures.
Constance is experienced in executive search specializing in diversity. As Manager, Corporate Staffing at Cablevision Systems Corporation, she effectively managed exempt recruitment for various corporate business units.
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Communications specializing in Human Resources Management from Adelphi University, Garden City, NY.
