In her role at Mullin, Diane is responsible for consulting with, and offering recommendations to senior Human Resources executives on best practices for corporate restructuring, employee recruitment and retention, leadership development, performance and change management, and executive coaching.
A New York native, Diane has over 20 years of industry experience in business development, client relations, account management, marketing, and promotions. Diane delivers a hands on, practical approach to local, national, and global account management to ensure consistent quality of delivery while maintaining strong relationships at all levels within an organization. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals realize their career goals and assisting organizations to address the ongoing challenges brought about by an ever changing business environment.
