Executive Program

The Executive Program addresses the needs of the senior executive and is a comprehensive and complete level of service provided by Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire International. The program consists of leading the senior executive from a job loss situation to a career gain outcome, focusing on the result of a new career situation that reinforces the values, and interests with both short and long term career goals. Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire International consultants advise and assist the senior executive throughout the program and coach him/her on effectively managing the new culture once they have accepted a position.
