Overview

The Senior Executive Outplacement Services addresses the needs of executives with senior corporate responsibilities and is the most comprehensive and complete level of service provided by Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire International. These services provide individuals with an assessment of their own management and interpersonal styles and assists them in evaluating a range of career alternatives including career continuation, entrepreneurship, purchase of a business or other significant career changes.

Description:
  • Individual Counseling - Individual consulting sessions strategically address the subtleties of each individual's career concerns. Initially, the focus is on evaluating career alternatives, (career continuation, entrepreneurial endeavors, consulting, retirement, etc.), determining career direction and in establishing goals. Personal "fit" within these various career environments is also evaluated. Based upon the career direction identified, a campaign strategy is developed, implemented and consistently monitored for effectiveness. A resume is developed as well as letters to executive search firms, personal and business associates, referrals, organizations of interest and in response to advertisements. Personal marketing skills including networking and interviewing are emphasized. Unlimited, ongoing one-on-one consulting services are provided until the individual is satisfactorily relocated. This includes assistance in identification of organizations and individuals to be contacted, review of campaign effectiveness, preparation for and critique of interviews, assessment of offers, and guidance in job offer negotiations.

  • Asset Analysis/Career Assessment - A thorough analysis of the individual's work background, experience, accomplishments, skills, education, strengths, limitations and career goals is completed. Through this assessment, realistic career options are identified.

  • Industrial Psychological Testing - A comprehensive evaluation by a clinical psychologist who specializes in career management issues. This assessment focuses on two key areas: 1) the managerial and interpersonal issues faced by executives, mid-to-upper lever managers and professionals, and 2) the career track alternatives available to these individuals.

  • Entrepreneurial Services - An optional two-day program giving individuals an overview of starting or buying a business, franchise or other venture. Participants acquire information needed to evaluate the practicality of pursuing an entrepreneurial activity.

  • Financial Counseling - For senior executives, this includes up to four hours of individual financial counseling and personal tax planning to assist the executive in decision making concerning his or her financial future.

  • Business Information Center - Access to considerable software and computer services.OneSource provides robust intelligence on up to 600,000 US and Canadian public and private companies with annual revenues of $2.5 million and up, as well as over 2 million executive decision makers and hundreds of industries.

  • Spouse Assistance - Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire International fostered and pioneered the concept of involving the spouse in the outplacement process. Consulting includes managing stress, relocation and geographical focus, as well as assistance with a professional job search campaign in connection with relocation.

  • Unlimited Secretarial Support and Private Office Facilities - Office support includes use of a private office as well as a secretarial, mailing, telephone and fax support services.
