Jane Maloney has successfully coached scores of leaders through job transitions, promotions, and changes in assignment which challenged them to expand their leadership style. Her dynamic coaching enables leaders to assess their way of operating, not only in relation to the specific challenges and opportunities they need to address but also in creating strategies for leveraging their strengths and developing the skills they need.
Ms. Maloney comes to Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire International with over ten years of providing management development and eliminating organizational barriers to productivity. Her clients include AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Thomson Financial Services, the U.S. Government, Sybron Chemical and ASCAP.
In addition to her work at Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire International, Jane is a part-time member of the faculty of the Masters Program in Human Resource Management at Mercy College. She has given presentations for numerous organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, Illinois CPA Society and Foundation, New York University School of Continuing Education Management Institute, Quality and R&D Network, and the New York Chapter of the Association for Psychological Type.
Jane is a member of the Organization Development Network, Action Profilers International, the Association for Psychological Type, and the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations.
