Lisa Aldisert

Lisa M. Aldisert, one of Mullin & Associates/ Lincolnshire’s Senior Executive Coaches, specializes in strategic business growth and leadership development. Offering a unique blend of financial acumen, trend analysis and strategic planning, she works with clients to identify and implement new opportunities in today's constantly changing environment.

Lisa spent sixteen years with increasing responsibility in corporate finance and multinational banking at two of the country's largest banks and most successful banks. Over 10 years ago, she successfully made the transition from banker to business owner and Executive Coach by integrating her banking experience with the vision and energy of an entrepreneur. Additionally, Lisa has owned and operated an apparel manufacturing company, and was the founding president of a business association for entrepreneurs.

Lisa is a frequent speaker on strategic business topics, and is a columnist for business and trade periodicals. She is the author of Valuing People: How Human Capital Can Be Your Strongest Asset (Dearborn Trade Press, June 2002). She co-authored The Small Business Money Guide: How to Get It, Use It, Keep It (Wiley, 1999).

She was the 1996-98 president of the New York Tri-State chapter of the National Speakers Association. Lisa is on the Board of Directors of The Penn Club of New York. She is on the faculty of the Off Campus College of the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Lisa received her BA and MA from the University of Pennsylvania and received her MBA from Columbia University.
