Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire International is staffed with career management consultants who have had practical personnel, business, professional and managerial experience. They possess relevant training, communications and counseling skills to assist persons from diverse backgrounds and occupations. Because of the caliber of our consultants' broad-based executive backgrounds, instant credibility and respect have been developed to the satisfaction of the sophisticated executives we have been privileged to work with. It is because of this trust and the unlimited access candidates have with their consultants that we have developed a reputation for providing high quality counselor-driven support long after initial training is completed.

Each of our consultants is employed full time and has no responsibilities outside of counseling. We do not retain stringers. This allows our outplaced executives to seek counsel from their consultants literally on a daily basis without the perception that the meter is running.
