Mullin/Lincolnshire, a member in Arbora Worldwide in Los Angeles for Global Partners "Workforce Solutions" Conference

Mullin/Lincolnshire CEO Keith Mullin and Vice President Barbara Daley were in Los Angeles June 11-14 for the Arbora Global Partners' Annual Conference focusing on creating global employment opportunities in difficult economic times. 35 Countries were represented with over 65 country leaders and experts.

In all major geographies, reported trends continue to point towards competitive job environments across most leading industry sectors.   While the first six months of 2009 have been challenging for job seekers, we do see early signs of recovery in most sectors.  Interviewing activity is up as are new job opportunities.  Salaries continue to face downward pressure at a lesser extent than previously seen in this recession.

Sponsoring Corporate clients continue to emphasize key benefits of outplacement to displaced employees combined with stable severance and medical coverage benefits.  Across the globe, displaced employees continue to reaffirm the importance of key individual relationships with an outplacement consultant coupled with robust technology focused on research and social networking as key to successful transitions.

Mullin/Lincolnshire, an Arbora Global Partner, specializes in Outplacement, Career Management, Executive Coaching and Leadership  Development.  Our global platform coupled with an emphasis on individual services uniquely qualifies our organization to successfully manage critical job transition and leadership issues.
