The focus of John’s career has been on supporting individuals during times of career transition in business, educational and not for profit settings. During the past 30 years, he has coached affected employees from virtually every industry including financial services and banking, retail, insurance, manufacturing, higher education, health care and consulting. He is skilled at providing guidance and strategic leadership to employees ranging from the rank and file to senior management through one-on-one and small group activities. John has played an integral part in supporting large corporate reductions in force on a regional and national scale. An effective facilitator, he has trained many professionals in the field of career transition.

A resident of New Jersey, he is the Bass soloist in his church choir and is very active in a number of volunteer community activities and organizations.
