Marcia L. Worthing is Executive Vice President of Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire International, a firm that provides comprehensive professional career transition and Human Resources planning services to client companies around the world.  In this role, Marcia works with executive women who are in the midst of career change. 

Prior to joining Mullin & Associates, Marcia worked for Avon Products for 27 years, where in her last assignment from 1994 to 1998, she held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs.  In addition to having responsibility for worldwide Human Resources, she headed up the Avon Foundation, the Breast Cancer Outreach program, the Avon Running program, the Avon Vision initiative and internal communications.  Marcia was deeply involved in Avon's effort to move women into leadership positions around the world. 

Marcia serves as Chairman of the Board of the Institute for Women's Policy Research, and also serves on the boards of The Institute for Global Ethics and Plays for Living.

She graduated from San Francisco State University and resides in New York City.
