In an effort to monitor our progress in assisting individuals in their career transitions, Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire International has tracked in the New York Metro area professionals who participated in our Career Transition Programs* that found new opportunities during the second quarter of 2011.

Within this time frame, candidates of Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire International took, on average, approximately 3.8 months to transition into a new position.

Where Candidates Found Jobs (by geography)

In addition to the basic facts on where and how our candidates found jobs, we also assess how satisfied these individuals are, both with the jobs they obtained and with the services of Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire International.  To do so, we regularly conduct a follow-up survey of individuals who have utilized our services.

Candidates are asked:  "How satisfied are you, overall, with your present position or type of activity compared to your job satisfaction just prior to using Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire International’s services?" 

A total of 92% reported about the same or greater satisfaction with the new job, as detailed below:
